Our story
Your family’s vision, our family’s tradition.
Our story began in 1978, when we opened our first location across the street from where we are today. Over the years we moved to another storefront along Grand Avenue before settling into our current home at 66-60 Grand Avenue, right next to Key Food. While our location has changed, our commitment to our customers has remained the same.
We’ve watched children grow up, become parents, and even grandparents — many still trusting us with their family’s eyewear. Some customers have visited for decades; others travel from different neighborhoods and even other states for the personal attention they’ve come to appreciate. To us, they’re part of our extended family.
We believe everyone deserves to be treated fairly and respectfully, whether it’s your first pair of glasses, a routine eye exam, a simple adjustment or specialty eyewear.
